Continuing weight loss update

Well, week 6 and another 3.2kgs of weight loss.  That makes 17.5kgs in 6 weeks.
 
Wow.
 
I will continue to keep you all updated on the remarkable results that this client is acheiving.

More great weight loss results for this week.

What a great result.  Mr.MF from Queensland finished his 5th week this week and he has lost a total of 14.3kgs.  That’s in just 5 weeks.  Here is the important point: He lost this weight without the stressful exercise you see on shows like the ‘Biggest Loser’.
I think that this type of working out is unnecessary to lose weight in a healthy and sensible way.
But let me say, that I do applaud all those people in the Biggest Loser for making the effort to change their lives.
Now, back to the point.  Mr. MF lost this weight from walking 30 minutes a day and following the SlimSafe program. Eating sensibly, exercising sensibly.  This is the key to healthy long term weight loss.
Who wants to have to go to the gym for hours a day just to stay at the same weight.
So, Get going… get losing…. it’s time for you to make the decision to change your life.
